- EBYS üzerinden Engelsiz Birim Koordinatörlüğünden gelen Hizmet Başvuru ve Akademik Uyarlama talep formunu birimine bağlı özel gereksinimli öğrenciler ile görüşerek doldurmak ve EBYS üzerinden doldurulan formu Engelsiz Birim Koordinatörlüğüne göndermek.
- Özel gereksinimli öğrencilerin sınıf içi ve sınavla ilgili sıkıntılarının çözülmesine yardımcı olmak.
- Sınıf içi ve sınav uyarlamaları kapsamında özel gereksinimli öğrencinin dersine giren öğretim üyeleri ile görüşüp öğrencinin durumunu haberdar etmek. Akademik uyarlama kapsamında ses kaydı ve fotoğraf kaydı taahhütnamesini öğrencinin dersine giren öğretim üyeleri ile görüşerek formları doldurmak ve EBYS üzerinden Engelsiz Birim Koordinatörlüğüne göndermek.

- Filling out the Service Request and Academic Accommodation Request Form received via EBYS from the Disability Support Unit by consulting with students with special needs in the respective unit, and submitting the completed form to the Disability Support Unit through EBYS.
- Assisting in resolving in-class and exam-related issues encountered by students with special needs.
- Within the scope of in-class and exam accommodations, meeting with the instructors of the courses taken by students with special needs to inform them about the student’s condition. As part of academic accommodations, completing the audio and photo recording consent forms in consultation with the instructors and submitting them to the Disability Support Unit via EBYS.
